What happens if the provider cancels?
Occasionally, providers fall ill or have another issue that prevents them from completing a job.
If you are a Concierge Client
When that happens, your Welnys Concierge will immediately jump on the case and attempt to find a substitute from our large network of providers. Rest assured, we will do everything
in our power to ensure services are completed as planned by a qualified
provider. In the event that a substitute cannot be procured for the original
job date, Welnys will provide a rescheduled date.
If you are a self-service Client
We recommend that you communicate directly with your provider to find a suitable date for rescheduling.
