Many of our services require or are enhanced by music, from the soft relaxing ambiance of massage, yoga or meditation to the "get you going" beats of movement and workout classes. When you put your playlist together, please avoid coarse, offensive, or overtly spiritual lyrics. Remember this will be an office setting and should be fitting for that circumstance. Check that your sound level is appropriate and not disruptive. Unless specifically detailed in your contract, you will need to supply your own equipment to play your music and speakers for amplification. Keep in mind that playing music may not be appropriate in all office settings, and be prepare to adjust accordingly.
