How Do We Measure Success?
It is Welnys' goal to work hand-in-hand with our clients to build a world-class wellness program. Here is how we'll know we are succeeding together:
- A typical wellness program will see a 10% participation rate overall. Welnys' goal is to meet or exceed that.
- In regards to event feedback, Welnys' goal is to maintain an NPS score of 80%. (Any thing above 50% is excellent and above 80% is world class). Welnys' NPS score across all customers is currently 89%
