Helpful Marketplace Tips

Formatting Options

  • You can format your description using Markdown (see the help text in the form). This only applies to the description field. Other fields left blank will not appear on the published listing.
  • If your description contains YouTube links, the videos will be shown below the description.

Pricing Guidelines

  • The remittance of any applicable sales, service, income or other taxes are your responsibility.
  • You are free to list your service or product at any price point. By using our platform, you certify that pricing is equal to or lower than prices offered to any other customer of Provider or otherwise publicly available.
  • When setting your pricing, bear in mind Welnys charges a commission of 30%. Stripe's fees are included in this commission.

Customer Services Guidelines

  • As a user of our platform, we ask that you adhere to the highest levels of customer service. This includes prompt replies to inquiries from buyers within 3 days, arriving to gigs on time, and acting in a professional manner.
  • For emergencies (if you are running late or are unable to get to the job site), please call or text our Provider Hotline: (866) 643-0520 so we can help alert the client.
  • Keep your availability accurate. Once you have set up your general availability, you can go back and edit as needed. When you click on a date, it will grey out. This means you are NOT available for that date and it will not be bookable.
  • The requests will come to you for approval or denial. If you are not available on the date a client requests, you can let them know you are not available and give some alternatives. The client would then need to go back to your listing and book you for the date and time agreed on so that your payment for the booking can be processed.
  • Always clarify the time zone with the client so there is no miscommunication. Do not assume they are in your time zone.
