Coronavirus Notice

There is a growing concern about the Coronavirus and its spread to the United States.  We at Welnys want to be proactive in helping you and your employees stay healthy, especially within the context of wellness events we are providing.  We have communicated to our providers to call out if they are feeling ill and I will let you know immediately if that is the case.  If we are able, we will also get a replacement provider for the service.

We would ask that you send out a communication to your staff that if they are feeling ill themselves or have any cold or flu symptoms that they should cancel their appointment in the system and allow someone else to take their spot.  No one who is ill should come to their appointment or attend a class.

Some companies are urging their employees to work from home and may need to cancel a group activity or wellness event.  Please take a moment to review our cancellation policy so you are aware of the timing and fees that may be incurred.  Let usknow asap if your office is closing, has closed, or if you will need to cancel an event.

If you have workers who are being asked to work from home, it can be concerning and feel a bit isolated.  You can maintain moral and community even in these circumstances.  Many of our providers can teach and lead their workshops virtually, which can help offset some of the challenges and stressors that can arise with working from home.  Some examples might include:
  • Group meditation
  • Group Breathwork classes
  • Group Yoga or stretching classes
  • Ergonomics - tips for working from home
  • Releasing stress
  • Aromatherapy - oils that are antibacterial/antiviral, and how to use them
  • Tips to support your immune system through nutrition
  • Most of our speakers can offer their sessions as a webinar
